If Carlsberg wrote testimonials…
…they couldn’t better this from Matt Pucci of MP Tuition and Matt Pucci Writes:
“Paula Battle is a real pain in the neck. It’s not enough for her to simply do the job you’ve commissioned her to do—and that job could be anything from building you a slick new website, to providing detailed feedback on a piece of writing you’re working on. It’s not enough for her to do these things brilliantly, either. No; what really grates is that Paula is relentlessly proactive in getting you to do things that she knows will benefit your business, raise your profile, or generally just keep you moving in the right direction, whatever you’re trying to achieve. It’s so annoying…
Seriously, though. Any success I’ve had with articles I’ve written, landing jobs, or in gaining new clients, has been, in some way or other, thanks to Paula. She is an absolute dream to work with: patient, skilled, highly knowledgeable, and—above all—a thoroughly wonderful human being. In this sense, Paula is indispensable. Even at my most broke I’d find a way of keeping Paula working for me.”

How to get Social Media right
For a long time now, whenever I’ve been discussing Social Media best practices with clients, there’s a brand that I champion, holding them in highest esteem thanks to their almost faultless record on Twitter. [Read more…]
