In these terms and conditions, references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ are to the person requesting the Service, and, references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are to Battleplan Creative, often abbreviated to Battleplan.
The service shall be supplied provided on these terms and conditions:
- Upon submission to us of your website URL and qualification of any existing special offers, we shall perform a standard website audit which results in:
- A written report, supplied as a PDF, that:
- Assesses the content of your website and makes recommendations on changes that might improve the overall user experience;
- Informs you of any broken links
- Assesses your site’s performance on the most popular mobile devices (based on industry intelligence)
- Assesses your site’s aesthetic and makes recommendations for improvements
- Highlights typos and readability errors
- Details of our charges for implementing any of the above, as well as any related services that we feel would be of benefit to your business.The Service only relates to your website as submitted in final form prior to the issuing of our written report. It does not relate to any other material, including future revisions of your website or any related material not submitted as being part of the final form of your website.
- A written report, supplied as a PDF, that:
- The Service does not require access to the back-end of your website and we will not at any time require log-in details in order to provide this Service. Should you opt to engage our services to make amends or further improvements to your website this will constitute a difference service and a new agreement will be invoked.
- The Service is advisory and provided in good faith. It is confined to the current information provided at the point of delivery. Nothing provided as part of the Service binds Battleplan in any of its future conduct.
- The Service is provided for you and in relation to your website and nothing comprising it should be divulged to third parties (save for any regulatory authority) without our consent. No person other than you shall have any benefits conferred upon them as a result of the provision of the Service and/or these terms and conditions.
- The provision of the Service does not constitute any type of endorsement of any products or services whatsoever. Any representation by you to that effect (or action that leads others to make such representations) shall constitute a breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Service does not comprise or constitute legal advice.
- The written report and any other documents and/or materials provided as part of the Service shall remain our intellectual property. We grant you a licence to reproduce it in accordance with these terms and conditions and only in its whole and original form.
- We shall not be liable for any delay in providing the Service if such delay is due to events beyond our control. In such circumstances we shall deliver the Service at the soonest time after the delaying events have, in our sole opinion, concluded.
